Corner house up to 8 persons. Situated on a 2 minutes walking distance from the beach, dunes and the town centre of Egmond aan Zee. Central heating. Private parking for one car. For a second car you receive a free license (€ 50,- deposit). Free wireless internet.

Ground floor:
Entrance with toilet and wardrobe. Living- and dining room with cable television and radio, dvd/cd player. Kitchen with a cooker (gas), oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, coffee-machine, mixer, juicer, pots and pans, kitchen utensils. Please do not forget your kitchen– and dishtowels. Pantry with dishwasher, washing machine and backdoor to the garden. Garden with a sheltered sunken sitting area and a parking space.

1st floor:
Bathroom with bath/shower, 2 washbasins and a toilet. Three bedrooms with each 2 single beds with comforter and pillow. Wardrobe in each room. You can bring your own bed linen and towels.

2nd floor:
Large room with two beds, wardrobe. To be used from 6 to 8 guests.

House rules:
Upon departure the house has to be cleaned and restored in its original state. No pets admitted.

Check in / check out:
Arrival from 3 p.m. (different time after consult), departure until 10 a.m.

Key:
You can collect the keys at Hotel Sonnevanck after all the costs have been settled.

Terms of payment:
By reservation we request a down payment of 30%. This is your confirmation to us. The rest of the amount will have to be transferred to our bank account three weeks before arrival. On arrival you also have to pay a deposit of € 100,-, which will be transferred to your account after deduction of possible damage.

Cancellation:
In case of cancellation (in writing) we cannot refund your down payment. If you cancel your reservation within 3 weeks before the arrival date, we will charge the full amount.
We urgently advise you to conclude a cancellation insurance within 3 days after receiving your confirmation.
